Acton Town is a three piece indie/garage rock mod band from Las Vegas. Cromm and Ron Paul decided to get serious about making a band after years of jamming out and playing in Ron Paul's garage. They played their first show October 1st, 2010 at the Sanctuary. Ron Paul originally played bass but was then moved to drums and vocals. Their friend Anthony then took over on bass. Acton Town has also played at Las Vegas festival Neon Reverb. They are influenced by 60's garage rock, surf, mod, powerpop, indie rock, shoegaze, psychedelic rock, and even post rock. They've opened up for The Pack A.D., Japanther, Tijuana Panthers, Daniel Hart, The Sheds, and Millionaires. An Acton Town live show is something not to be missed because of their energetic performances and crowd involvement.
