Colour Me Stupid started out as a pop-punk band with styles such as 'Fall Out Boy' and 'You Me At Six'. Due to some members much more heavier influences, the band became heavier. The original members of the band were: Jay Sanderson (Bass Guitar), Layla Hogarth (Vocals), Bob Edwards (Rhythm Guitar), Jacob Hurt (Drums), Aliix Wilkinson (Lead Guitar). Tom Wright (Screamo) joined the band in late 2008. Consequently the bands genre changed from Pop-Punk to Post-Hardcore with influences such as; Escape The Fate, Asking Alexandria etc...
Colour Me Stupid recorded their first EP - (Severed Ties and Alibis) in mid 2010.
Jay and Layla have no left the band. We are currently looking for a new Bassist and Vocalist
