Super Rocket Car is an indie pop rock band from Mountainside, New Jersey. Despite growing up on the same block, JR Pacifico, Bob Adashev, Dave Boyce, and Sagar Desai waited until their senior year at Governor Livingston High School to establish themselves as a band. Beginning with a few local shows in friends’ backyards, the band created enough buzz to rise swiftly through the ranks of rock n' roll stardom, going from completely unknown to relatively unknown. Previously known as Camping Equipment, the band decided to change their name to Super Rocket Car following the departure of two former members. Their brand of sunny rock n’ roll pop and their energetic live performances will keep you dancing/partying/love-making into the wee hours of the morning. The band released their debut EP in August 2010 and are currently focusing on writing new material and becoming better looking.
