Our EP You Had Me at Bacon is available now for purchase or streaming on most online platforms including iTunes, Amazon music, Google Play, and Spotify.
We're heading back into the studio next weekend to record our second album and in the meantime we're selling off our existing merch.
We have a handful of t-shirts left all for a fiver and our debut album is now just £3 on CD:

2017 has been an amazing year for us. We started the year with the release of our now critically acclaimed second album Blame Culture quickly followed by a UK tour with The King Blues. We've been part of many festivals and made a load of new friends and fans along the way. We ended the year with the news that our bassist and friend Dave would be leaving the band and moving onto other ventures, sad times but always onwards and upwards. With our acoustic EP being released at the end of January and Frank Turner even tweeting us his love of our music we see 2018 as the 7th year of Riskee and the Ridicule and probably the most exciting to date. Did someone say US tour?

Coma Row began in the living room of my home which sits at the bottom of a very normal street in a very normal town called Newton Aycliffe in County Durham, England. After a year of filling my head with the emotionally striking sounds of Joy Division, New Order, The Cure and any other similar music I could get my hands on, I was more than ready to delve back into something I hadn’t had a passion for almost 5 years… Song-writing.
I picked up my bass, seeking some Peter Hook-esque inspiration, and came up with the intro to my first demo song Famous. The track was finished within a few hours, and my second song High Tide followed within 24 hours. I created the instrumental with the help of a computer software and then layered my vocals over the top using my very average laptop microphone, then after a tiny bit of editing I uploaded them to YouTube.
This genre was a bit left-field for me as it was a complete departure from my previous song-writing exploits, so it came as rather a shock when my Facebook contacts rather liked my songs, especially Famous.
That was this July. Cut forward to present day (13 October), and I’m now in Dubai, I’ve just released my fourth demo with a fifth on its way, the band has four members with just one more left to find, and our fanbase is already growing, albeit slowly, but that’s still more than enough encouragement to keep the creativeness flowing.
I know this blog post isn’t particularly interesting, but when things develop further, more details will be posted regularly.
Let the good times roll!

Hello everybody,
Just a quick update to let everyone know that we have reformed (albeit with a slight change in lineup) after almost 7 years without playing a show. We hope to have new material recorded and playing events by early 2018.

We're now a five piece band. We've added long time friend and stand-in bassist Jordan Mann to our ranks. Jordan is playing lead guitar and doing and incredible job. Check out the video below to see us playing our hometown last week, we had a blast and so did everyone else by the looks of it. Viva Riskee.
